We know that in a circular motion, the speed of the object is radius times angular velocity.

v = wr

We have, w = \frac{2π}{T}

where T is the time for one complete rotation.

Therefore,v = 2πr/T

= 2π*21cm/60s

v = 2.2 cm/s (answer)
