let it be 25x, 17x, 12 x respectively
so
$25x + 17x + 12x = 540 \\ 54x = 540 \\ x = \frac{540}{54} \\ x = 10$
so
$25x = 25 \times 10 = 250 \\ 17x = 17 \times 10 = 170 \\ 12x = 12 \times 10 = 120$
now by herons formula that is
$\sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}$

$\frac{a + b + c}{2} \\ \frac{250 + 120 + 170}{2} = \frac{540}{2} = 270 \\ now$

$\sqrt{270(270 - 250)(270 - 170)(270 - 120)}$
$\sqrt{270(20)(100)(150)} \\ = \sqrt{81000000} = 9000$

9000 is the area
