Let the third side be x

Case (1):

Let the third side is the largest side. So,

Sum of two smallest side > largest side

=> 4+6>x

=> 10>x

Case (2):

Let the third side is the smallest side, which is x, then, 6 will be the largest side. So,

Sum of the two smallest side > largest side

=>x+4>6

=>x>6-4

=>x>2

Hence, third side could be any length between 2 and 10.
