let the side in triangle 36 cm be congruent to the side in triangle of 4cm.
thus 36/4 = 9
thus every side in the triangle DEF be 9 times the measure of the sides in triangle ABC.
Thus PERIMETER of triangle DEF = 9*9 + 4*9 + 6*9 = 81 + 36 + 54 = 171 cm.

AB=6,BC=4,CA=9,
DEF SIMILAR TO ABC
DEF L=36
4*9=36..
SO,AB SIMILAR TO DE. DE=6*9=72
      BC SIMILAR TO EF. EF=4*9=36
      CA SIMILAR TO FD.FD=9*9=81
  PERIMETER=72+36+81=189
IT IS THE GREATEST POSSIBLE PERIMETER
