let the adjacent side be 4x and 7x

AB=AC=4x
BC=AD=7x

perimeter of parallelogram =AB+BC+CD+DA
132=7x+4x+7x+4x
132=22x
x =132/22
x =6

7×6=42cm
4×6=24cm

the sides are 42cm and 24cm
