breadth = b m
length = ( 2 b ) - 5
= 2b - 5
perimeter of rectangle = 2 ( l + b )
= 2 [ ( 2b -5 ) + b ]
= 2 ( 2b + b - 5 )
= 2 ( 3b - 5 )
= 6b - 10 m

perimeter is 6b - 10 m
