Let length be 2x and breadth be 3x.

So perimeter = 2(length+breadth)

=> 30 = 2(2x+3x)

=> 30 = 2*5x = 10x

=> x = 30/10

= 3

Hence, length = 2x = 6cm

and breadth = 3x = 9cm
