                     Length = 10 ft

                     Width = 15 ft

                     Height =12 ft

After extending length of the living area lateral surface area = 792 sq ft

      let increased length = L , there is no change in width and height

       Lateral Surface area = 2 height(length +Width  )  

                                          = 2 (12) ( L +15)  

                                          = 24  ( L+15) which is equals to 792

                        24 (L+ 15) = 792  

                        24L + 360 = 792

                       24L =  432

                           L = 432 / 24 = 18 ft
