The length, width, and height of a rectangular box are three, four, and five feet respectively. Each length, width, and height are divided by 3,4, and 5 so that the rectangular box is divided into smaller cubes with sides of 1 foot. if one can of paint is needed to paint 12 square feet how many cans of paint are needed to paint the surface area of all smaller cubes?

No. of cubes is volume of rectangular box/volume of each cube
= 60
Surface area of each is 1 so total area to be painted is 60.

1 can for 12
So, 5 cans for 60.....
