Area of four walls=2h(l+b)=864sq m
Length=7x, breadth=5x, height=4x
Area of four walls=2×4x(7x+5x)
=8x ×12x
=96x²
96x²=864sq m
x²=864÷96=9
Area of the floor=length × breadth
=7x×5x= 35x²
=35×9= 315sqm
