We know that diagonals of rectangle are equal

3x+5 = 50-6x
9x = 50-5
9x = 45
x = 5

Length of diagonal = 50-6x
= 50- 6*5
= 50 - 30
Length of diagonal = 20

According to given sum,

The lengths of diagnols of a rectangle are equal. so

3x+5=50-6x

6x+3x=50-5

9x=45

x=5

Hence the diagnols are

3x+5=3*5+5=20
50-6x=50-6*5=20

:-)hope it helps u.
