#let Time taken by any body on smooth 45° inclined surface for complete sliding is T1

•T1=length of inclined surface/velocity of body

=L/gsin45°

Similarly,time taken by any body on rough 45° inclined surface for complete sliding is T2

•T2=L/[gsin45°-ugcos45°]=L/gsin45°(1-0.75)

(since cos45°=sin45°)

•••T1:T2:: are 1:2
