AB =  BC = CD = AD = 10 cm

Given = ABCD  a rombus

             ac = 16 cm

             bd = 12 cm

solution : since, ABCD   is a rombus

                thus, ac inntersect bd at "o"

              => ao = 1/2 ac  [ diagonals of rombus dived each other

                   bo = 1/2 bd   into two equal parts]

  In rt triangle AOB

      (AO)^2 + (BO)^2 = (AB)^2  

       8^2 + 6^2  = AB^ 2

       64  + 36 =AB^2

        100 = AB^ 2

        AB = 10 CM
