The lengths of the sides of a triangle are 6, 8, 10. Can the triangle be a right triangle?

If the triangle is a right angle triangle then,
(10)²=(6²)+(8)²
100=36+64
=100
Yes, by converse of Pythagoras theorem it is a right angle triangle.
