Let X be common in given ration so,

4x+3x+5x=60 cm (given)

12x=60cm

so..X=60/12=5cm

so sides is triangle will be 20cm,25cm and 15cm

Now by applying Heron's Formula

S=A+B+C/2

S=60/2=30

60(30-20)(30-15)(30-25)

60*10*15*5

60*750

4500

so,305 cm² will be triangle's area.
