so..X=60/12=5cm
so sides is triangle will be 20cm,25cm and 15cm
Now by applying Heron's Formula
S=A+B+C/2
S=60/2=30
√60(30-20)(30-15)(30-25)
√60*10*15*5
√60*750
√4500
so,30√5 cm² will be triangle's area.
