Area = base (b) x height (h)
base (b) = 15 cm; height (h) = 7
(i) Area of the parallelogram = 15 x 7 = 105 cm2
(ii) base (b) = 12 cm ; height = a (say),
Area = 105 cm
Area of the parallelogram = bx a cm
105 = 12 x a
Thus, a = 8.75 cm
