time = 2\pi \sqrt{ \frac{l}{g} }
I case
time = 2\pi \times  \sqrt{ \frac{110}{g} }
II case
time = 2\pi \times  \sqrt{ \frac{27.5}{g} }
so, the ratio of the time be⬇
 =  \frac{ \sqrt{110} }{ \sqrt{27.5} }  \\  =  \frac{10.48}{5.22}  \\  =  \frac{2}{1}  \\  = 2:1
this will be the final answer.
