the third side of the triangle should be between the difference of the two sides and sum of two sides.

difference is 6 -4 =2 cm
sum is 6+4= 10 cm

so the side must be any where from 2.1 cm to 9.9 cm for floating numbers and 3 cm to 9 cm for integers
