In fact , Both of them gives a lot of information of past. As we know Primary sources contains archaeological , official and other records but Secondary sources contains information of newspaper , coins , paintings , art and other records.
But I think primary sources are Kore reliable sources because it contains archaeological records which says various things of our past and also provides official information of that time .
