In this heart touching story by Indian writer Dhumaketu, clerks and peon at the post office repeatedly make fun of Coachman Ali. Ali is desperately waiting for a letter from his daughter Miriam.

The mockery and disgraceful comments passed by the post office staff is simply inhuman. The harsh indifferent attitude of the postmaster shows that people sitting in high posts care little for emotions and feelings of common people.

This story reflects the fact that people holding high posts should not misuse it.

They must hold a greater sense of sympathy for those working under them.

They have a greater responsibility towards the organization, and this must be reflected in their nature.

It is important to work with the team and move ahead rather than leaving the team behind.
