CO at 800 ppm(approx.) causes immediate death as its high proportion combines with heamoglobin to give carboxyhaemoglobin which is fatal..

A person can die if it inhales a small quantity of CO gas.

But, for CO₂ the level is 10 percent

If it exceeds the level the person who inhales it can go in coma, or it can cause even death
