The lifestyle of the Mongol people in the Middle Ages can best be described as nomadic.


They were a nomadic tribe who lived in the mountainous regions between China and Siberia. Genghis Khan unified the tribes in the Mongol homeland and set up the Mongol Empire. He was proclaimed the ruler of the Mongols in 1206. He and his descendants sent invasions in all directions and expanded the empire.
