Solution:

As per Snell's law ,

    n = $\frac{velcity of lightin vaccum(c)}{velocityoflightin medium(v)}$

• Velocity of light in vaccum = $3 * 10^{8}$ m/s

• v = $\frac{3 * 10^{8} }{1.5}$ = 2 × $10^{8}$ m/s

• Velocity of light in glass​ is 2 × $10^{8}$ m/s.
