Limitations of Bohr's model.

  1. His model is valid for only single electron species (H+, Li++, B++ He+)
  2. Bohr considered electron as moving particle, later on DE Broglie Hypothesis proved that it is wave as well as particle.
  3. Bohr measured position and speed of electone since it is moving so we can't find the exact and position of moving microscopic particle that is HEISENBERG UNCERTAINTY PRINCIPAL.
  4. Spectral line splits in magnetic and electric field..
