The line L : ax + by + c = 0
divides the join of point (x1,y1) & (x2,y2) in ratio
r = - (ax1 + by1 + c)/(ax2 + by2 + c)
L : 4x + y - 4 = 0   points = (1,1) & (-2,10)
r = -(4 + 1 - 4)/(-8 + 10 - 4)
r = -1/-2
r = 1:2
