so the slope of the line is  m = (3 - 3)/(0-2) = 0
so
equation of the line is
(y - 3) = 0 x (x - 0)
y = 3

so the equation contains only 1 coordinate value of y so the line is parallel to x axis so the the line will satisfy points in form (x,3)

so we see the point matches with option 2 ) (3,3)

so 2) (3,3) ANSWER
