Inner Circumference = 24 pi

=> 2 pi r = 24 pi

=> 2r = 24

=> r = 12 m

=> Inner Radius = 12 m

Outer Radius = Inner Radius + Width of track

=> R = 12 + 2

=> R = 14 m

Length of rope = Outer Circumference

=> Length of rope = 2 × 22 × 14 / 7

= 44 × 2

= 88 m
