Explanation:

1) 9(10)=5F-160

90=5F-160

5F=90+160

5F=250

F=250/5

=50

So, in Fahrenheit scale, 10°C is nothing but 50F

2) 9C=5(11.75)-160

9C=58.75-160

9C= -101.25

C= -101.25/9

C= -11.25

Therefore, the answer is

-11.25°C
