The linear momentum of a ball of mass 5 kg is 0.5 kg m/s. Find its velocity. ​

Answer:

Mass of the ball is 50g = 0.05 kg

Momentum = 0.5 kg m/s

As, Momentum = mass x velocity

       Velocity = Momentum / mass

                    = 0.5 kg mps / 0.05 kg

                    = 10 m/s

Therefore, Velocity of the ball = 10 m/s
