What is the linear momentum of an object of mass 2 kg which is 10 kg m/s. What will be the velocity of the object?

Unravel the greatest mysteries of the cosmos & the universe.

Here,

Mass of the object =2 kg

Linear momentum of the object=10 kg m/s

And , we have to find it’s velocity??

But we do know that linear momentum (p) is mass(m)× velocity (v)

P=m×v

V=p/m

Substituting the value here we get,

V=10/2

Therefore, v= 5m/s.
