Discount given to the customer

Solution,
The value of Blender included sales tax = 2200+(2200*11/100)
                                                                = 2200+242
                                                                = 2442
Let  the Discount given be x
So,
2200 = 2442 - x/100 * 2442
2200 = 2442 - 2442x/100
2200 = 2442- 24.42x
24.42x=2442-2200
24.42x=242
x=242/24.42
x=9.09%
So, the discount given to the customer is 9.09%.
