List price = Rs 480
Discount = 25% of Rs 480 = Rs 120
Retailer's purchase price = Rs 480 - Rs 120 = Rs 360
15% of Rs 360 = 360 x (15÷100) = 360 x 0.15 = 54
Therefore, after adding the 15% margin to his purchase price, the retailer would have to sell it for Rs 360 + Rs 54 = Rs 414
