As per the question,

List price=1500Rs.
Discount= 20%.
So, selling price= 1500(1-20/100).
= 1500× 80/100.
= 15×80.
= 1200Rs.

Vat=10%.
Selling price including vat= 1200(1+10/100).
= 1200 × 110/100.
= 12×110.
= 1320Rs.
