To live life, we need to face them and walk through them.

We need to keep ourselves calm and deal with them. When I face such difficulties and control myself, take time to think about it. I would slowly note down what I can do about it. I start implementing the possible ways of solving the problem. Sometimes, I take days to sort out the solution but where there is a will, there is a way.
