Reasons:
Why not Part A: because at one time, humans and animals stop growing in size any more. For example, after a certain age, the growth in humans stops.
Why not Part B: although animals and humans respond yo youches slong with the plant touch me not, but, most plants don't respond to touches. For example, if we touch a flower of plant, or even pluck it, there will be no movement or action by the plant.
Why not Part D: Well, I don't know about plants, but, however, in humans, the capability to reproduce stops at one time and it's then no more reproductive. For example, a human female looses it's capability to reproduce at the age of around 50 because of menopause.
