Answer:
Everyone has been in lockdown for over a month. Many of us are bored, miss our daily routines, and frustrated about staying indoors all the time. It is completely normal to feel this way as it is in our nature to go out and socialize with other people. But what we don’t seem to have realized is that there is a plus side to being in lockdown. The first and obvious reason is that we are helping to flatten the curve by safeguarding ourselves from Coronavirus..
When we don’t have to commute long distances to get to work or have to get the kids ready for school on time, we can get a little more sleep. Even an extra hour of sleep could mean seven hours instead of six, which makes a big difference to our health. In the evening too, as people don’t have to get home late, it is possible to get to bed a little earlier and get more rest.
Not only are we stuck at home, but most restaurants and delivery services have stopped. Many of us have also become cautious about eating outside food because we don’t want to catch COVID-19. As a result, more of us are eating home-cooked food. Home cooking usually uses less oil, fresh ingredients, and little to no processed foods, making it a healthier option than eating out.The extra time on our hands and the worry of gaining weight has prompted many people to start working out at home. From yoga and meditation to energetic Zumba sessions, people all over the world are getting creative with their home workouts. This is also a fun activity because the whole family can join in and stay healthy together.

confined to our homes, with no outings and
unable to meet our friends and relatives.
Reasonally, the situation has given us a chance
to look at things diffenrently. In the beginning
lockdown was considered as holidays. Once extended
it has made us realize the value of attending
schools. We appericiate the hard work of oyr
teachers who are trying their best to teach us through
online classes. They are not leaving any stone
unturned so that we do not waste our precious tme
sitting idle. It was a challenge for them taking online classes
THey quickly adapted it, this has taught us
never to run away from challenges when life
throws them upon us and try to adapt according
to the situation.
These hard times are teaching us the value
of everyday food items like fruits, vegetables
groceries in our lives. They have become so
valuable that nowdays they are not readily
available. We are learning to manage ourselves
with limited resources. We have learned to
respect our farmers and the vendors who are
bringing these essentials to our doorsteps.
We have realized that we should never waste food
because many people are unable to have
even a single meal during this lockdown period
It has also taught us life beyod junk food
can be cooked at home too. We have become
more alert about personal hygiene and cleaniness
The lockdown has also made us appreciate our
parents, who usually work day night to fulfill
our reasonable and unreasonable demands and
never complain. Spending more time
with them gave us an opportunity to understand
them and to learn what quality time is.
