satyajitp2004: Any ordinary law needs to be passed by both the houses.but if 2 house's, the final decision is tak the view of Lok Sabha is likely to provide in such prevail in such a meeting.once the Lok Sabha passes the budget of government or any other money related law the Rajya Sabha cannot rejected.

lok sabha is called lower house and prime minister is salacted the member of lok sabha and people of lok sabha have power to make law but not permanent and in case of rajya sabha the money bill must be sign by both house and have no such power to make law independently
