animal cells nucleus is largest cell organelle, while in plant cell largest cell organelle is also nucleus. As we can see vacuole appears to be largest in plant cell but because size of vacuole varies according to conditions it cannot be declared as largest cell organelle in plant cell.
As you can see vacuoles in plant cell can be of different sizes due to sap filled in it but nucleus always occupies large space in plant call.
