Loss=cp of 10m - sp of 10m

sp of 3m=cp of 10 m - sp of 10m

=sp of 10m + sp of 3m = cp of 10m

=sp of 13m = cp 10m

consider cp of 1m = $x

cp of 13m = $13x

sp of 13m = cp of 10m = 10x

Thus, Cp =$13x and Sp= $10x

Since, Cp>Sp, there is a loss

Loss = $(13x - 10x) = $ 3x

Loss % = Loss/Cp × 100 %

=(3x/13x)×100%

After this we can get the answer

Hey mate here we go

cp(cost \: price) = selling \: price(sp) \frac{ + }{ } \%loss \: or \: profit \\ cp = sp  \frac{ + }{} \% \: loss \\ 3 =10 - 10 \frac{x}{100} (percentage) \\ 10 - 3 =  \frac{10x}{100}  \\ 7 =  \frac{10x}{100} \\ 7  \times  \frac{100}{10}  = x \: or \\ x = \frac{700}{10}  \\ x = 70\% \: loss \\  \: i \: hope \: this \: will \: help \: u \\ mark \: me \: as \: brainliest
