In the story, the narrator describes the bond a child shares with his parents.

A kid is walking with his parents and demand many things from them.

They didn’t the stuff for him as didn’t want him to be spoilt.

The boy was excited and in his euphoria, he got separated from his parents.

When he started to search for them, he got nowhere to go.

However, when a stranger tries to distract him from all the items that he earlier demanded, he keeps in saying that he wants his parents.

Raj Anand beautifully showed the love and security only parents can bring to a kid’s life.
