In the story "the lost child" the author tries to explore the mind of a child. This story also highlights a love for his parents.
The child goes to a fair with his parents. he is very excited and wants sweets and toys displayed there. His parents don't buy these things for him. But very soon he gets separated from his parents as he left behind looking at various toys and other things. when he realises that his parents are no where near him, he starts crying Unconsolably. he is a refuses everything which is offred by others. he only wants his parents and keeps crying.

The child went to the village fair with his parents. He want to buy many things like sweet, gulmohar, sound of snake charmer but his parents refuse. He got angry and don't listen to them. He was attracted towards a marry go round swing and asked his parents. Then, he came to know that he is lost. He started searching them. He went to a temple to find them . There was so much rush. There he slipped down and one kind person saw him and try to stop him cry.He offered him the things which he want but the boy refuses all that thing and asked only for his parents.
