it indicates that the electronic magnetic field of the given magnet does not work from outside the outer region

Hey there,

Magnetic lines are just a hypothetical way of showing where the fields are the strongest. Usually at a point p, the magnetic lines are strongest and they start to to curve away as the force starts to weaken.

But if the lines are forming an inward circle. it mean that the magnetic force is getting stronger and the lines curve towards the point instead of away from it.
