Induced Emf is define as the rate of change of magnetic flux . Hence , .) Mathematically ,

E = -N * ( β2 - β1 ) / t

WHere, E is the induced Emf ,N is the number of turns in a coil , β is the magnetic flux and t is the time .

.) Now here negative sign is because of LENZ LAW .

.) Now according to question,

N=1 , t=0.1 sec , β2=1 weber and β1 = 0.1 weber. Now, putting the values and solving the equation we get ,

E = -1*( 1 - 0.1 ) / 0.1

E = -0.9/0.1

E = -9 weber / sec
