Since, the magnification = - 1

We know that, for spherical mirrors,

magnification, m = -v / u

Here, we know that, for both the mirrors, u is negative . But if v will be positive then the magnification will be positive since minus sign will cancel each other. But negative magnification shows that v is negative.

And we know that, when position of object is taken negative, then the image is formed at the same side of object and the mirror is converging and Concave mirror.
