The magnitude of the resultant of two equal vectors is equal to the magnitude of either vector . what will be the angle between the resultant and either vector ?

R  = sqrt(A^2 + A^2 + 2A^2cos tetha)

R = sqrt(2A^2 +2A^2cos thetha)

BUT R = A

A^2 = 2A^2 + 2A^2cos thetha

-A^2 = 2A^2cos thetha

cos thetha = -1/2

THEREFORE THETHA = 120 degress
