the main aim to check the nature of soil is to
check the acidic content so that accordingly plants can be grown
check the type of fertlizer used
increase the air content in soil
increase the water content in soil

Answer:

if the soil is acid we neatralise it with base like sodium hydroxide and if the soil is basic it is neatralise with acid like nitric acid
