The main differences are-

1. In sexual reproduction, 2 parents are required, whereas in asexual reproduction only 1 parent is required.

2. Clones are formed in asexual reproduction, but clones are not formed In sexual reproduction.

3. Variations occur in sexual reproduction but there are no variations in asexual reproduction.
