Globalization has brought benefits in developed countries as well as negative effects. The positive effects include a number of factors which are education, trade, technology, competition, investments and capital flows, employment, culture and organization structure.

FACTORS LEADING TO GLOBALISATION


⇒ Interdependence leads to globalisation. As we depend on each other in the Society , we are actually contributing to Globalisation.


⇒ Development and competition forces us to depend on each other and co operate with one another . This leads to globalisation.


⇒ For achieving certain aims , the countries need to unite and co operate with each other and hence leading to globalisation.


⇒ To prevent wars. Globalisation creates friendly relations between countries and can prevent wars.
