Given that,

Main scale reading = 1 mm

Internal diameters = 11 mm

External diameters = 12 mm

Least count = 0.01 cm

Least count in mm = 0.1 mm

We need to calculate the thickness of the tube

Using formula of thickness

t=r_{ex}-r_{in}

Where, r_{ex} = external radius

r_{in} = internal radius

Put the value into the formula

t=\dfrac{12}{2}\ mm-\dfrac{11}{2}\ mm

t=0.5\ mm

We need to calculate the minimum thickness of the tube

Using formula for minimum thickness

t_{min} = t\times L.C

L.C = least count

Put the value into the formula

t_{min} = 0.5\times 0.1

t_{min} = 0.05\ mm

Hence, The minimum thickness of the tube is 0.05 mm.
