The male fruitfly and female fowl are heterogametic while female fruitfly and male fowl are homogametic.

Explanation:

A male fruit fly has XY sex chromosome and Female fowl has ZW sex chromosomes. Since both produce two types of gametes they are called heterogametic. The female Friuit fly has XX sex cromosomes and the male fowl has ZZ sex chromosomes . they produce one type of gametes ans so are called homogametic.

Male fruitfly and female fowl have XY & ZW chromosomes so they are called hetero gametic, while female fruitfly and male fowl have XX and ZZ chromosomes, so they are called homo gametic. When sex chromosomes are different, they are called hetero gametic and if sex chromosomes are same they are called homo gametic.

Note: Fruitfly have same type of sex chromosome as human while there is a difference in fowls
